* B) Approve changes to the job descriptions for the Driver/Equipment Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator, Mechanic/Welder, Diesel Mechanic and Detention Office 1/Crewman in the Road & Bridge Departments (East and West), and any appropriate action. (Briefing 10-25-05)

E) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Library Services between Denton County and the Betty Foster Public Library, and any appropriate action.

F) Approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the Town of Ponder for implementation of Texas Local Government Code §242.001, relative to the Town’s ETJ, located in Precinct 4, and any appropriate action.

G) Approval of the Service Agreement between Denton County and (a) the Denton County Children’s Advocacy Center; (b) Pediplace; (c) the Youth and Family Services – Lewisville; and (4) RSVP, Retired Senior Volunteer Program, and any appropriate action.
