In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Please address all comments to the Presiding Officer.

9:00 am A) Approve an order authorizing the issuance of “DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION, SERIES 2005”; specifying the terms and features of said certificates of obligation; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of said certificates; and resolving other matters incident and related to the execution of a Paying Agent/ Registrar Agreement and the approval and distribution of an Official Statement; and providing an effective date, and any appropriate action.
