C) Discussion of the Donation Deed between Denton County, Texas, and Glenna Lou Picard and Alice Leigh Picard Ramsey for the Tim Donald Road BRINSAP Project.

D) Discussion of the Interlocal Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the North Texas State Fair Association, Inc., to provide a water truck for the 2005 North Texas State Fair and Rodeo, August 17-29, 2005.
