* B) Approve and authorize the Director of the Denton County Health Department, Dr. Bing Burton, to sign, the Memorandum of Agreement between Local Health or Homeland Security Departments located within Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant Counties, and the City of Fort Worth Public Health Department, for Shared Medication Inventory used for the First Responder Health Protection Plan, and any appropriate action. * C) Approval of the Agreement between Denton County and Engineer, Carter and Burgess, Inc., for Engineering Services in the amount of $1,699,900.00, for the FM 423 widening from Stewarts Creek Road to SH 121 in Denton County, Precinct 2, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 6-28-05)
D) Approval of (a) Resolution regarding Criminal Justice Division funds and (b) the submission of the Application for the Criminal District Attorney Other Victim Assistance Grant (OVAG) for an intern grant for Denton County for FY2005-2006, and any appropriate action.
E) Approval of Contract Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Ed Bell Construction Company for Bid #04-05-1686, in the amount of $1,146,841.50, for the Bonnie Brae Reconstruction Project, with funding of $350,000.00, from the TRIP04 for Bonnie Brae and $796,841.50, from TRIP04 for Lakeview Blvd., and any appropriate action.
F) Approval of the Agreement for Records Archiving Services between Denton County, Texas and ACS State and Local Solutions, Inc. for the Records Archiving Re-Creation Project, and any appropriate action.
G) Approval of the Standard Form of Agreement for Services between Denton County, Texas and J.C. Commercial, Inc. for the Denton County Fire Marshal’s Office and Denton County Storage Facility Renovation, and any appropriate action.
H) Approval of the First Amendment to the Denton County MHMR Service Agreement, and any appropriate action.
15. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
