A) Discussion of an amendment to our Service Delivery Integration contract with the Department of State Health Services.

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

B) Discussion of a software maintenance/technical support agreement (Implementation Services Terms and Conditions Agreement) between Environmental Systems Research, Inc. (ESRI) and Denton County, Texas. The agreement is necessary to upgrade the current SDE database which runs the G.I.S. program.-Planning

B) Discussion of the Contract Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Ed Bell Construction Company for Bid #04-05-1686, in the amount of $1,146,841.50, for the Bonnie Brae Reconstruction Project (Precinct 4).

C) Discussion of the Agreement for Records Archiving Services between Denton County, Texas and ACS State and Local Solutions, Inc. for the Records Archiving Re-Creation Project.

D) Discussion of the Standard Form of Agreement for Services between Denton County, Texas and J.C. Commercial, Inc. for the Denton County Fire Marshal’s Office and Denton County Storage Facility Renovation.

E) Discussion of the First Amendment to the Denton County MHMR Service Agreement.
