1. PURCHASING
A) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Vending Services, RFP #04-05-1681.
B) Discussion of award of bid for Road Signs, Bid #04-05-1682, Sections I and II, to Vulcan Signs and rejection of bids for Section III.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES
A) Discussion of revisions to the Denton County Personnel Policy Manual Glossary.
B) Discussion of revisions to Personnel Policies #2.6, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11 and one paragraph in the Salary Administration Guidelines.
3. PUBLIC WORKS
A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.
4. OTHER DEPARTMENTS
A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.
B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Faculties

G) Discussion of award of Emergency Management Planning Grant in the amount of $33,061.00, an ongoing grant award received by Denton County for the past eight years.-Fire Marshal & Emergency Management Coordinator
5. LEGAL
A) Discussion of Amendment #1 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and URS Corp., for the FM 2499 Section 2 Project, in the amount of $51,181.00, for a total contract amount of $384,186.00.
B) Discussion of increasing the speed limit on the north-south section of Harmonson Road just north of the Texas Motor Speedway from the current 30 miles per hour (mph) limit to 40 miles per hour.
C) Discussion of the Contract between Denton County, Texas and Sunset Trials, Inc. d/b/a Circle R Ranch or Western Skys for the Denton County Employee Service Award Event.
