A) Approval of award of bid for Bonnie Brae Road Reconstruction Project, Bid #04-05-1686, Ed Bell Construction for $1,146,841.50 and approval of funding to include TRIP04 for Bonnie Brae totaling $350,000 and Lakeview Blvd. totaling $796,841.50, and any appropriate action.
