B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101040 for Psychiatric Services including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Court Ordered Contingency for 211th District Court in the amount of $23,000.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101050 for Statements of Fact including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Court Ordered Contingency for 362nd District Court in the amount of $9,500.
