1. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100990 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Educational Supplies for CHOS Museum in the amount of $100.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101000 for various line items for Bioterrorism Preparedness Grant in the amount of $13,297.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101010 for Training & Education including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Regular Contingency for Commissioners Court in the amount of $1,100.

D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101020 for Medical Supplies and Operating Supplies for Public –Clinical in the amount of $26,000.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion of presentation and recommendations from Human Resources Department regarding Workforce Planning.

3. HEALTH

A) Discussion to extend hours for Doctor Kesseler temporarily up to an additional 48 hours in conjunction with The People’s Clinic.

4. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

6. LEGAL

A) Discussion of the Lease Agreement Amendment between Denton County and the State of Texas acting by and through the Texas Building and Procurement Commission for the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) formally know as Child Protective Services to occupy the space at 3730 E. McKinney (CPS building).

B) Discussion of the Lease Agreement between Denton County and Property Search, Inc., for the lease space at 3730 E. McKinney (CPS building).

C) Discussion of the Agreement with Opus West L.P., the City of Highland Village and Denton County, Texas, for Opus West L.P. to clear property owned by the Denton County, which is located at FM 2499 (Village Parkway) and the western boundary of Opus West L.P.’s property.

D) Discussion of Lease Purchase Schedule No. 609 with attachments and exhibits between Denton County and Dell Financial Services, L.P.

E) Discussion of (1) Amendment #2 to the Agreement for Services-Administrative Services Agreement for COBRA/HIPAA/Retiree Billing and (2) Amendment #3 to the Services for Flexible Spending Accounts/Section 125 Administration between Flexben Corporation and Denton County.

F) Discussion of the Service Agreement between Denton County and Ann’s Haven VNA (Visiting Nurse Association).
