A) Discussion of Safekeeping Agreement with Wells Fargo Brokerage Services, LLC.-Treasurer

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of policy changes recommended by the Vehicle/Radio Assessment Committee:
1) Elimination of assessment of radios from committee charge and deletion of all reference to radios in committee name and policy;
2) Revision of committee appointments as recommended; and
3) Define pool and duty vehicles and approve related policy.

B) Discussion of declaring Isbell Engineering as the most qualified firm for RFQ #02-05-1665 for Foundation Repairs at the Denton County Courts Building; authorize contract negotiations.

C) Discussion of award of bid for Lawn Maintenance, Bid #03-05-1675, Class A to Ryno Landscaping at $51,359.08, Class B to TruGreen Landcare at $10,121.00.

D) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Tires & Tubes (Trucks & Heavy Equipment), Bid #05-05-1689.

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

C) Discussion of request from Margie Steele, of the First United Methodist Church to use the Courthouse on the Square lawn first floor restroom at their church picnic on August 21, 2005 between 4pm and 7pm.-Aide to the Court

D) Discussion of use of Denton County Fire Fighters Memorial Park for Denton County Fruit, Vegetable, Herb, and Flower Show.-Texas Cooperative Extension

E) Discussion of potential change order #2 for the 1505 E. McKinney construction project for the additions of the revised space reallocation as approved through Commissioners Court for the Engineering/Planning area.-Facilities

A) Discussion of setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the placement of a signage on Chinn Road, said public hearing to be held on May 31, 2005, at 9:05 am in Commissioners Court.
