C) Discussion of a) the Project to widen a portion of FM 428 to add deceleration lanes to the eastbound lane and a center turn lane with transitions for westbound traffic and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Aubrey Independent School District (ISD) and Denton County, Texas, for the widening of a portion of FM 428 to add deceleration lanes to the eastbound lane and a center turn lane with transitions for westbound traffic, located in Denton County, Texas.
