B) Discussion of award of bid for Exterior Lighting Maintenance Agreement, Bid #02-05-1662, to Design Electric.

C) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Lawn Maintenance, Bid #03-05-1675.

D) Discussion of award for Records Archiving Re-Creation Project for the County Clerk, RFP #04-04-1616, to Affiliated Computer Services, Inc.

2. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

C) Discussion of Building Usage Request from Margie Steele for the purpose of a Church Picnic on the Lawn at the CHOS, Sunday, August 21, 2005, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.-Aide to the Court

D) Discussion regarding the Building Usage Request from David Honish for use of the 2nd floor Conference Room at the CHOS on the 3rd Saturday of each month beginning April 16, 2005, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm for the purpose of the monthly meeting of the Denton County Libertarian Party.-Aide to the Court

E) Discussion of the Building Usage Request from Dale Chegwidden for the use of the Denton County Courts Building & Parking Lot on Monday, May 16, 2005, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for the purpose of Slain Officers Memorial.-Aide to the Court

F) Discussion of Building Usage request from Jackie Carpenter for use of Denton County Courts Building 1st floor on April 21, 2005, from 5:00 pm 9:00 pm for the 2005 Denton County Crime Victims Week Program.-Aide to the Court
