B) Approval of authorizing the issuance of "DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2005"; specifying the terms and features of said bonds; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of said bonds; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment and delivery of said bonds, including the approval and execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, a Purchase Agreement and Special Escrow Agreement and the approval and distribution of an Official Statement; providing for the redemption of the obligations being refunded; and providing an effective date. B) Approval of 1) the recession of the Public Easement Right-of-Way License Agreement between Denton County and the City of Denton regarding the fiber optic cable network to connect Denton County governmental facilities, approved by Denton County Commissioners Court on January 25, 2005, and 2) approval of the Interlocal Agreement between Denton County and the City of Denton for use of the City of Denton rights-of-way for Denton County Fiber Optic Network, and any appropriate action.

C) Approval of the Chapter 381 Tax Incentive Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and Hillwood Lakeside 2, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of the Donation Deed between Denton County, Texas, and Cary Hicks for the Tim Donald Road BRINSAP Project, and any appropriate action.

E) Approval and Authorization for the Civil Division to hire the firm of Griffin & Jones to acquire the Dennis Bryson Right-of-Way for the Florence Road Project, and any appropriate action.

F) Approval of the Donation Deed between Denton County, Texas, and Susan Noell for the Blair Road Right-of-Way Project, and any appropriate action.
G) Approval of the Donation Deed between Denton County, Texas, and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., Trustee of the Sue Campbell Deussen Trust and Susan McRae for the Old Stoney BRINSAP Road Project, and any appropriate action.

H) Approval of the Donation Deed between Denton County, Texas, and Lance and Katie Blackwell for the Bonnie Brae Road Project, and any appropriate action.
