1. AUDITOR/TREASURER

A) Discussion of Exhibit A of the Denton County Investment Policy – List of approved broker/dealers for 2005.-County Treasurer

B) Discussion of MBIA, Custom Asset Management (CAM) agreement.-County Treasurer

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Flexible Base (Grade I, Type A), Bid #02-05-1670.

B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Elections Supplies, Bid #01-05-1654.

3. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100700 for Court Appointed Attorney including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Court Ordered Contingency for 393rd District Court in the amount of $85,000.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100720 for Comprehensive General Liability including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Regular Unappropriated Contingency for Non-Departmental in the amount of $10,000.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100730 to reduce revenues and allocated expenditures for TJPC Counseling for Juvenile Probation-TJPC Progressive Sanctions 1-2-3 and TJPC State Aide Grant in the amount of $138,672.

4. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

5. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

C) Discussion of acceptance of the proposal for the year 2005 Greater Denton Arts Council Grant for $1,050 for December Holiday Musicales and a Soapmaking Seminar at the Bayless-Selby House Museum.-CHOS/BSH Museums

C) Discussion of an Adopt-A-County Road Program for Denton County to be administrated by the individual Ex-Officio Road Commissioners.-Commissioner Precinct #1
