A) Approve Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 9:05 a.m. as date and time to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use District for a zoning change from Planned Development (PD) to Agriculture (AG) for Abstract 790, Tracts 1, 2, & 9 as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission and the Planning Department, and any appropriate action.

* B) Approval of Amendment #1 to the Local Project Advanced Funding Agreement (LPAFA) between Denton County, Texas, and the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the BUS 377 E Project at Pilot Point High School, CSJ 0081-14-005, and any appropriate action. * C) Approval of Amendment #1 to the Local Project Advanced Funding Agreement (LPAFA) between Denton County, Texas, and the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation for FM 428 from US 377 to Aubrey High School, CSJ 0817-01-020, and any appropriate action.
