1. AUDITOR

A) Discussion of Denton County’s 2005 Unreimbursed Health Care Expenditure Report.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of selecting Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation as the most qualified firm for Engineering Services for PS &E for FM 407 from Briar Hill to FM 1830, authorize contract negotiations.

B) Discussion of award of bid for Corrugated Galvanized Metal Pipe, Bid #12-04-1651, to Contech Construction Products, Inc.

C) Discussion of report on proceeds from Surplus On-Line Auction Sale #01-05-1657 held February 10-24, 2005.

3. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100670 for Prior Year Purchase for Road & Bridge, Precinct #1 in the amount of $9,582.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100680 for Operating Equipment for 2004 Urban Area Security Initiative II Grant in the amount of $9,933.

4. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

5. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

C) Discussion of Building Usage Request on Saturday, March 19, 2005, from 10:45 am to 3:00 pm, Courthouse on the Lawn for Peace Action Denton Peace Event, including musicians, speakers, educational brochures. (will be putting up pop-up tent).-Aide to the Court

6. LEGAL

A) Discussion of the Local Project Advanced Funding Agreement (LPAFA) between Denton County, Texas, and the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation for IH 35E / FM 1171 Ramp Reversal construction Project, CSJ 0196-02-094.

B) Discussion of the Donation Deed between Denton County, Texas, and Kevin Wade and Shelia Luster for the Bonnie Brae Road Project.
