* B) Approval of specification, the authority to advertise for Inmate Phone Services, RFP #11-04-1641, the appointment of the Evaluation Committee to include Hugh Coleman, Roy Davenport, Ken Metcalf and Beth Fleming, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 02-01-05)

C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100530 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for various line items and the creation of new line items for Grant purposes for FY 2004-2005 for 2004 Urban Area Security Initiative II Grant in the amount of $74,186, and any appropriate action.

I) Approval of the Group Contract between Denton County, Texas, as a participant with the Public Employee Benefits Cooperative of North Texas (PEBC) and Prudential Financial for Long Term Care, and any appropriate action.

J) Approval of Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for Engineering Surveying Services and Right-of-Way Engineering Services between Denton County, Texas, and Teague, Nall and Perkins Inc., and any appropriate action.
