1. AUDITOR

A) Discussion of the Denton County Investment Report for the Quarter Ended 12/31/04.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Security Guard Services, RFP #01-05-1655, the appointment of the Security Guard Evaluation Committee.

B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Litsey Road Phase I, Bid #01-05-1659.

C) Discussion of specifications, authority to advertise for Inmate Phone Services, RFP #11-05-1641, the appointment of an Evaluation Committee.

3. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100480 for prior year purchases for various County Departments in the amount of $423,025.

4. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

5. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

C) Discussion of Building Usage Request from Hunter’s Creek Homeowners Association for use of the Carrollton Government Center Community Room on Tuesday, February 15, 2005, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.-Aide to the Court

6. LEGAL

A) Discussion of Interlocal Agreement for Patrol Services between the Town of Bartonville & Constable Hatzenbuhler, Constable Precinct #4.

B) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas and (1) the City of The Colony; and (2) the City of Frisco.

C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County, Texas and (1) the City of The Colony and (2) the City of Frisco.

D) Discussion of the designation of Brody Shanklin, Civil Attorney II, in the Office of the Criminal District Attorney, Civil Division, as Public Information Officer for Denton County, except as otherwise indicated by Denton County Elected Officials.
