1. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of action on change in type of vehicle to be purchased for Constable Precinct 2.

B) Discussion of transfer of Centralized Road & Bridge fixed assets to Road & Bridge-East, Pct. 1, Road & Bridge-West, Pct. 4, Engineering and Planning Departments.

C) Discussion of renewal for Employee Service Award Event, RFP #01-04-1594, with Circle R Ranch.

D) Discussion of award of bid for Medical Supplies, Bid #10-04-1639, to Caligor.

E) Discussion of award for Temporary Personnel Services, RFP #10-04-1638, to Express Personnel Services as the primary agency, and ProFlex Personnel LLC as the secondary agency.

2. PUBLIC WORK

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

3. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.-Facilities

C) Discussion of a Resolution in support of Recorded Texas Legislative Vote Reform.-Commissioner Pct. #2

4. LEGAL

A) Discussion of (1) the 2005 HMO Group Agreement; (2) the Certificate and Riders; and (3) the Plan Sponsor Attestation between Denton County, as a member of the Public Employee Benefits Cooperative of North Texas (PEBC) and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, A Division of Health Care Service Corporation.

B) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County, Texas and the City of Plano.

C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Library Services between Denton County and the Little Elm Public Library.

11. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND MEETINGS

A) Tuesday, January 18, 2005, at 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm, Commissioners Court will meet at the Town of Trophy Club, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, and Texas
