I) Approval of the release of escrowed funds in the amount of $140,067.39 as stipulated in the Escrow Agreement between Valerian Properties Associates, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and Denton County, Texas, for Creek Village at Providence Subdivision in Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.
