A) Approval of the Software Maintenance Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Northeast Texas Data Corporation (Net Data), and any appropriate action. DA/Civil Division

B) Approval of request for approval of additional funding for CASA of Denton County for the 2004-2005 fiscal year, and any appropriate action. Commissioner, Precinct #1

C) Approval of the Contract between Denton County, Texas and Teague Nall and Perkins for RFQ #08-04-1635 Survey Services, and any appropriate action. DA/Civil Division
