16. ADDENDA

A) Approval of the First Amendment to Service Agreement between Denton County and Denton County MHMR, and any appropriate action.

B) Approval of the Second Amendment to Lease Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and S & H Holdings, Inc. for the WIC office in Lewisville, Texas and any appropriate action.
