A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102080 for Salary Assistants, Part-Time Salary Assistants/Benefits for Death Investigations/Medical Examiner Services in the amount of $3,309.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102100 for prior year funding for Registration/State Training Fees for Emergency Management in the amount of $2,785.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102110 for Court Appointed Attorneys for County Criminal Court #5 in the amount of $30,000.

A) Discussion of a) the Interagency Agreement between Dallas County, Texas and Denton County, Texas and b) the resolution supporting the North Texas Auto Theft Task Force.

B) Discussion of setting a date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider the placement of a stop sign on Crestview Drive where it intersects with Davidson Road, said public hearing to be held on September 21, 2004, at 9:00 am in the Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of (1) Exemption from bidding for professional consulting services contract between Providence Service Corporation of Texas and Denton County Juvenile Board and Denton County according to the provisions of section 262.024 (a) (4) V.T.C.A. Local Government Code; and (2) Professional Counseling Service Agreement between Providence Service Corporation of Texas and the Denton County Juvenile Board and Denton County, Texas.
