* A) Approval of Intra-Departmental Transfers, and any appropriate action.

B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101460 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Cars/Small Trucks including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Vehicle Repair Contingency for Sheriff’s Department in the amount of $20,452, and any appropriate action.

C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101470 for Contract Labor for Constable, Precinct #2 in the amount of $4,660, and any appropriate action.

* D) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101530 for Postage including the transfer of $7,300 from Criminal District Attorney-Hot Check Fund for Criminal District Attorney in the amount of $11,100, and any appropriate action.

* E) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101570 for various line items for County-Wide Technology at $17,500 and Information Services at $1,000 for a total amendment of $18,500, and any appropriate action.

F) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101590 for Contract Labor for Public Works Admin/Engineering in the amount of $54,000, and any appropriate action.

Interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. D) Approval of the allocation of funds from 1999 BSRP Precinct 4 discretionary funds in the amount of $157,352.00 to the T.N. Skiles Road Project, and any appropriate action. Commissioner, Precinct #4

B) Approval of the Report and recommendations from Gary Vickery regarding the Interim Engineering status, and any modifications as may be necessary to amendments to the Agreement with Teague, Nall and Perkins for Interim Engineering Services, and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §§551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.

For purposes permitted by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 - Contemplated or Pending Litigation or Settlement Offer, Section 551.072 - Real Property, Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters, and Section 551.076 - Security.
