A) Approve To Call Local Option Election – Town of Clark for “the Legal Sale of All Alcoholic Beverages for Off-Premise Consumption Only” on September 11, 2004 at Old Clark Town Hall, 10109 Clark Airfield Road, Clark, Texas, Denton County. To designate the Elections Office 401 West Hickory, Denton Texas as the main early voting site, that early voting will begin August 25, 2004, that early voting will be conducted from August 24, 2004 thru September 7, 2004. To designate the Old Clark Town hall as a branch location with voting hours the same as the Clark Town Hall working hours. The address of the early voting clerk is Don Alexander, P.O. Box 1720, Denton, TX 76202, and any appropriate action. (Formal 6-29-04)

B) Approve the adjustment of boundary lines for County Election Precincts 111, 120, 309 and Precinct 332, and any appropriate action. Para aprobar el ajuste de las lineas de limite para los recintos 111, 120,309 Y of los recintos 332. (Briefing 6-29-04)

* C) Approval of building usage request by Edra Bogle, Denton County Democratic Party for use of the Commissioners Courtroom on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm for the purpose of Executive Committee meetings of the Denton County Democratic Party, and any appropriate action. D) Approval of Potential Change Order #3 for Granite Roofing Corporation, extension of contract to complete roofing projects funded by 2003 tax notes. Facilities

* A) Approval of the GoToAssist Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. a Delaware Corporation, and any appropriate action.

* B) Approval of: (a) the Project for roadway pavement improvements to Liberty Road from the north City limits for approximately 1,200 feet and (b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the City of Cross Roads for roadway pavement improvements to Liberty Road from the City limits for approximately 1,200 feet, and any appropriate action. * C) Approval of the Standard Form of Agreement for Services between Denton County, Texas and Henry Brothers Electronics for Courts Security Video System, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 6-29-04)

D) Approval of selection of engineering firm as the most qualified firm to provide engineering services for the review of the Chinn Chapel Road Project problems and authorizing the evaluation committee to enter into negotiation with the firm for a contract, and any appropriate action.

E) Approval of the selection of an engineering firm to act in the interim period as a consultant to Denton County, Texas, by providing engineering services during the interim period while Denton County, Texas is without an Engineer and authorizing the evaluation committee to enter into negotiations with the firm for a contract, and any appropriate action.
