3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

G) Discussion of a 90 day extension of the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant to allow for an additional period of data collection. The extension would be until October 31, 2004. We will be requesting ¼ of the original grant amount to fund these 3 months.-Juvenile Detention

H) Discussion of the floor plan design for the Food Lion Facility-Facilities Department

I) Discussion of the organization or reorganization of the Economic Development Department-Commissioners Court.

5. LEGAL

A) Discussion the GoToAssist Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems, Inc. a Delaware Corporation.

B) Discussion of a) the Project for roadway pavement improvements to Liberty Road from the north City limits to the east City limits for approximately 1,200 feet and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the City of Cross Roads for roadway pavement improvements to Liberty Road from the north City limits to the ease City limits for approximately 1,200 feet.

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND MEETINGS

A) Commissioners Court will meet Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at 7:00 pm, in the Commissioners Courtroom.

B) Commissioners Court will meet Tuesday, January 18, 2005, at 7:00 pm, at the Town of Trophy Club, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, and Texas.
