E) Discussion of the Non-Binding Resolution of the Denton County Commissioners Court adopting support for a Tax Abatement for Edward Don & Comp. DA/Legal Division

F) Discussion of reconsideration of the renewal of the Addressing Service Agreement contract with the DENCO Area 911 District, for a renegotiated fee and to include digital orthophotograpgy, for FY2005. DA/Civil

G) Discussion of the Perpetual Software License Agreement and (2) the Software License Schedule between Denton County, Texas and SPSS, Inc. DA/Civil Division
