A) Discussion of specifications for Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services for design of Flower Mound Government Center and renovation of the Teasley facilities, RFQ #04-04-1610, selection of evaluation committee.

B) Discussion f award of bid for Chinn Chapel Road Drainage Improvements, Bid #03-04-1604, to R-Con, Inc. for $133,289.00 with $88,822 in funding from the BSRP Chinn Chapel Drainage Project and $22,234 in funding from both the Precinct 3 and the Precinct 4 Discretionary Funds in the BSRP.

A) Discussion o f Budget Amendment Request #100990 for hardware maintenance for the Justice Information System in the amount of $577.

B) Discussion o f Budget Amendment Request #101000 for various line items for Road & Bridge, Pct. #3 and Pct. #4 in the amount of $169,824.

4. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

B) Discussion of signage to identify low water crossings in the unincorporated areas of Denton County regarding low water crossings and the National Weather Service “Turn Around, Don’t Drown” program.
