1. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100940 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Office Supplies for CHOS Museum in the amount of $270.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion o f the job description and ranking of the Engineering Technician II in the Public Works Engineering Department.

3. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

4. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.

C) Discussion regarding Courthouse on the Square move, lawn usage.-County Judge

D) Discussion of request from Riding Unlimited to be included in the list of organizations that may receive donations from jurors for their jury service.-District Clerk

E) Discussion of space allocation in the Courthouse on the Square.-County Judge

5. LEGAL

A) Discussion of the Contract Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Ashlar Contracting Company, Bid #03-03-1549, in the amount of $226,198.00, for Eakin Cemetery Road Bridge Replacement.

B) Discussion of: a) the Project for “Drainage Improvements to Chinn Chapel Road” located within the Town of Double Oak and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and the Town of Double Oak for “Drainage Improvements to Chinn Chapel Road” located within the Town of Double Oak.
