A) Approve any road and bridge differences between Ex-Officio Road Commissioners that need to be addressed by the Commissioners Court, and any appropriate action. Commissioner, Precinct #2

* D) Approval of Tuesday, April 27, 2004 at 9:05 am as date and time to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Recreational/Commercial Services (R/C), Abstract #792, part of Tract 42, Precinct #1, as requested by the owners, LJH Corporation, and recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.
