B) Discussion to declare miscellaneous vehicles, computer/printer equipment and appliances as surplus, to place items in On-line Auction #04-04-1611, advertise.
C) Discussion of the use of excess FY2002 Tax Notes to purchase trash receptacles and ash erns.
D) Discussion of award of RFP #02-04-1598 for Guardianship Program to Denton County Guardianship Services, Inc.
E) Discussion of award of bid for Pup Trailers, Bid #12-03-1590, to Leach Trailers LLP.

2. BUDGET
A) Discussion for Budget Amendment Request #100890 to increase revenues and allocate State Training Fees for Criminal District Attorney, Constable Precincts 1-6, and Emergency Management in the amount of $9,735.
B) Discussion for Budget Amendment Request #100900 for Shop Tools and Equipment for Road and Bridge, Precinct’s #3 and #4 in the amount of $1,500.
C) Discussion for Budget Amendment Request #100910 for Salary Assistants/Benefits and various other line items including the creation of new line items for tracking costs for reimbursement purposes for Criminal District Attorney-CPS Division in the amount of $184,810.
D) Discussion for Budget Amendment Request #100920 for Training & Education including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency to Commissioners Court in the amount of $1,400.
E) Discussion for Budget Amendment Request #100930 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Telephone Service for Telephone Department in the amount of $5,700.

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.

D) Discussion of: a) the Project for “EarthZyme Demonstration on Parkridge Road” located within the City of Corinth and b) the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Denton County, Texas and the City of Corinth for “EarthZyme Demonstration on Parkridge Road” located within the City of Corinth.
