I) Discussion of renewal of the Standard Form of Agreement for Janitorial Services between Denton County and Member’s Building Corporation.

J) Discussion of resolutions authorizing the sale, in accordance with Property Tax Code 34.05, of foreclosed delinquent tax properties held in trust by Denton County for itself and other taxing units.

K) Discussion regarding additional title work with North American Title Company regarding the Bonnie Brae Right of Way Acquisition. DA/Civil Division
