1. AUDITOR

A) Discussion of the Amount and Project List for the Denton County 2004 Tax Notes.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of renewal of bid for Oversize Rock (Stone Riprap), Bid #02-03-1542, with Tim Beaty Builders, Inc.

B) Discussion of bid for Intersection Improvements US Hwy. 380 at Jackson, Nall Egan, Bid 01-04-1593, to Sunmount Corporation for $285,890.

3. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100660 to allocate excess funds for Cars/Small Trucks including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Vehicle Repair Contingency for Sheriff’s Department in the amount of $21,652.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100680 for Office Supplies and Computer Supplies for Bioterrorism Grant in the amount of $8,995.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100690 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Water System Consultant for Non-Departmental in the amount of $165,064.

4. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion of replacing Personnel Policy #2.5-Temporary Employees with revised Personnel Policy #2.5-Contract Labor.

5. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.

C) Discussion of Verification of Petitions for Local Option Election-City of Corinth- Discuta la verification de la petition para la eleccion local de la opcion – ciudad de Corinth Elections Administration.

D) Discussion of the submission for a Denton County Historical Marker for the Bayless Selby House Museum by the Museum Committee-County Judge.

D) Discussion of a Resolution and Tax Abatement Agreement between Denton County, Texas, and AR Industrial No. 2, Limited.

E) Discussion of JURY + Jury Management System Software Maintenance Agreement between Denton County, Texas and Jury Systems Incorporated.

F) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Domestic Animal Control Services between the City of Denton and Denton County.

G) Discussion of authorization of County Judge to sign the Statement of Grant Award from Texas Task Force on Indigent Defense.

H) Discussion of the Contract for Architectural Services between Denton County, Texas (“Owner”) and Goodwin Alexander Linville, Inc. (PGAL)(“Architect”).
