E) Discussion of the Quitclaim Deed between Denton County, Texas, and OJN Inc., for 0.115 acre of land, situated in the W. Lumpkin Survey, Abstract Number 730, Denton County, Texas. DA/Civil Division

F) Discussion and acceptance of a Letter confirming that The Lending Partners, LTD., has no lien on Travis and Carolyn Roe’s property which is part of the Chinn Chapel Road Project. DA/Civil Division
