1. PURCHASING

A) Discussion of exemption from bidding for a Sole Source purchase for software licensing from The Software Group according to the provisions of Section 262.024 (a) (7)(A) pf the Local Government Code.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100630 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Training and Education for CHOS Museum in the amount of $600.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100640 to Janitorial Services for Joseph A. Carroll Building, Charlie Cole Facility and Juvenile Probation for a total amendment of $9,099.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #100650 for Computer Service including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency for County Planning in the amount of $10,000.

3. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion of revisions to the vendor rates for FlexBen and the Standard Insurance Company.

4. HEALTH

A) Discussion of TDH revision to Public Health Preparedness (Bioterrorism Grant) contract.

5. PUBLIC WORKS

A) Discussion regarding ongoing, planned, and proposed county and state transportation projects: Denton County’s Better Safer Roads Program, and the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan, and updates related to the Denton County Transportation Authority.

6. SHERIFF

A) Discussion of accepting a gift of the construction and installation of a boat console for one of the Lake Patrol Boats from American Trim and Glass.

7. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

A) Discussion of Denton County Boards and Committees.

B) Discussion regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to Denton County Building Projects.

8. LEGAL

A) Discussion of the Supplemental Agreement #3 to the Contract between Denton County, Texas, and Turner, Collie & Braden, Inc., for additional services and funding in the amount of $12,311.00 for the FM 544 Extension Project.

B) Discussion of the Bond for the Denton County Elections Administrator.

C) Discussion of Permission to enter property easement between Huitt Zollars, Inc. and Denton County, Texas, for the FM 2181 from Lillian Miller to IH 35 E widening project.
