D) Approve Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 9:05 as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Planned Development (PD2), Abstract #29, Tract 22, and Abstract #792, Tract 51, Precinct #1, as requested by the owners, Sanger Cinco, and recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission and the Public Works/Planning Department, and any appropriate action.
