E) Discussion of (1) rescinding Court Order Number 04-0030 as it pertains to the approval of the rental contract with RN Realty to lease office space for Public Health Preparedness (Bioterrorism Grant) team and (2) discussion of the Lease Agreement for Office Space for Public Health Preparedness between Denton County, Texas, and RN Realty.
