B) Consideration and action as may be appropriate regarding approval of Settlement Agreement with some of defendants in DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, v. PHILLIPS SWAGER & ASSOCIATES, INC., HUBER, HUNT & NICHOLS, INC., n/k/a HUNT CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC., AND R. C.
