C) Discussion of the Juvenile Accountability Block Grant received through the Governor’s Office in order to participate in the development of a Risk Assessment Instrument to address Disproportionate Minority Contracts of Juveniles in Denton County-Juvenile Probation.

6. LEGAL

D) Discussion of the Grant Acceptance Notice for a) the Civil Abuse Prosecution Grant and b) the Child Abuse Prosecution Expansion Grant.

E) Discussion of the Professional Services Agreement for Engineering Services and Right-of-Way Surveying Services between Denton County, Texas and Alliance Area Surveying.
