* A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100040 for Small Tools and Equipment for Road & Bridge, Precinct #4 in the amount of $1,399, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 10-21-03)

* B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100050 for various Ambulance Service line items including the creation of a new line item for Contract purposes for FY 2003-2004 for Emergency Services in the amount of $750,000, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 10-21-03)

C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100070 to Transfer to North Central Texas Narcotics Task Force Fund including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency for Transfer from General Fund in the amount of $64,899, and any appropriate action.

B) Approval of moving expenses for the Department of Public works/Planning and Department of Public works/Engineering at the Denton County Government Center, and any appropriate action.

C) Approve the appointment of Brett Kuhn to the Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission as a County Judge appointment, and any appropriate action.

D) Approve Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at 9:05 a.m. as date and time to conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider a Special Use Permit for Abstract #652, Tract 6A, in the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use District as requested by Mr. Howard Cox and recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission and the Planning Department, and any appropriate action.

* A) Approve the transcribed minutes and the County Clerk’s minutes from Commissioners Court Formal Agenda for October 3, 2003, and any appropriate action.

A) Any appropriate action on Executive Session matters - Legal Department.

* B) Approval of 1) the Permanent Drainage Easement Agreement between Denton County, Texas and James and Deborah W. Simpson and 2) the Partial Release of Lien by CTX Mortgage Company, LLC, for the Chinn Chapel Road Project, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 10-21-03)

C) Approval of a) authorizing the County Judge to execute all necessary documents for the closing b) the Special Warranty Deed, Easement Amendment and Reciprocal Easement Agreement, and Replatting Agreement, as amended, all between Arthur Rentals, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership and Denton County and c) directing the County Auditor to request a Warrant in the amount of $730,755.00, made payable to Land America Texas Title for the acquisition of the storage facility at 9070 Teasley Lane, Denton, Texas, and any appropriate action.

D) Approve the Ratification of complete execution of Standard Form of Agreement for Services between Denton County, Texas and ECI Video for Audio/Video System for Commissioners Court, and any appropriate action.

The Commissioners Court reserves the right to exercise its discretion and may convene in executive session as authorized by the Texas Government Code §§551.071, et seq. on any of the agenda items.
