A) Discussion of exemption from bidding process for a Sole Source purchase of radios from Motorola Communications and Electronics, Inc. in compliance with Section 262.024 (a)(7)(A) and (D) of the Local Government Code.

B) Discussion of exemption from the bidding process for the Sole Source purchase of Vaccines from Aventis Pasteur in compliance with Section 262.024 (a)(7)(A) of the Local Government Code.

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102540 for Computer Maintenance including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency for Tax Assessor/Collector in the amount of $7,624.

B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102550 to Increase Revenues and transfer excess funds @ $5,625, transfer funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Workers Compensation Contingency @ $22,665 and Personnel Contingency @ $17,435 for various salary and benefit line items for various departments for a total amendment of $45,725.

C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102560 to transfer to DCEA Insurance Fund for transfer of Insurance Fund Department in the amount of $1,458,482.

D) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #102570 for Operating Equipment for Public Health-Clinical in the amount of $1,481.

A) Discuss of Addendum #1 To Food Service Contract with Mid-States Services, Inc for food services to the Denton County Jail and the Denton County Juvenile Detention Facility.

B) Discussion of amendments to the Real Estate Contract between David Arthur, et al., and Denton County.

C) Discussion of authorizing the County Judge to execute all necessary documents to close the Real Estate Contract between Jeani Hill and Denton County and directing the County Auditor to request a warrant in a sufficient amount to fund and close the transaction.

D) Discussion of authorizing the County Judge to execute all necessary documents to close the Real Estate Contract between Retail Monticello Partners, Ltd., and Denton County and directing the County Auditor to request a warrant in a sufficient amount to fund and close the transaction.
