1. PURCHASING

C) Discussion of award for RFP #06-03-1568, Human Resources Management System, to NOW Solutions, and approval of funding mechanism to be third party financing, and any appropriate action.

5. OTHER DEPARTMENTS

C) Discussion of an Amendment to the County Vehicle Use Policy requiring timely submission of County Official/Employee Mileage Reimbursement Claims. County Auditor

D) Discussion of authorizing John Polster, ITS, to execute the agreement between UNT for the use of the Coliseum for the October 4, 2003 Public Hearing for the extension of FM 2499 from FM 407 to FM 2181. Commissioner, Precinct #3

F) Discussion of the Transportation Consultant Professional Service Contract between Denton County, Texas and Innovative Transportation Solutions, Inc. (ITS) for the 2003-2004 Fiscal year.
