B) Approve adopting an Annually Determined Contribution Rate of 8.48% for the Texas County and District Retirement System, and any appropriate action.

* A) Approve the Final Plat of the Magnolia Addition, Phase B - Lantana Project, Precinct #4, and any appropriate action.
