* A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101250 for Contract Services for Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program including the transfer of funds in the amount of $40,000 from Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program-Unappropriated Contingency and Fund Balance @$75,453 for a total amendment of $115,453, and any appropriate action. B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101260 for Court Appointed Attorney Fees including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Court Ordered Contingency for County Criminal Court #1 in the amount of $45,000, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 6-24-03)

* C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101280 to increase revenues, allocate expenditures and transfer funds within various line items including the creation of new line items for Grant purposes for FY 2002-2003 for Bioterrorism Grant in the amount of $135,604, and any appropriate action. * D) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101290 for Training and Education for Juvenile Probation in the amount of $5,000.

B) Approval of the following potential change orders for the Courthouse-on-the-Square Restoration Project, and any appropriate action:

1. Approval of Potential Change Order #2 to A&E Services for basement and first floor HVAC construction documents revisions in the amount of $8,300;
2. Approval of Potential Change Order #3 to A&E Services for HVAC Evaluation in the amount of $4,975;
3. Approval of Potential Change Order #4 to A&E Services to renovate and restore historic corridors on second third floor in the amount of $14,177;
4. Approval of Potential Change Order #5 to A&E to provide performance specifications and proposal request for repair of the slate on the existing main roof in the amount $2,200 and prepare construction documents and provide bidding and construction administration services for refinishing of wood wainscoting, doors, base, and trim in the amount of $13, 800, totaling $16,100;
5. Approval of Potential Change Order #2 to Joe R. Jones for additional electrical related to terrazzo removal in the amount of $30,231; and
6. Approval of Potential Change Order #3 to Joe R. Jones to replace a pair of doors at fire exit in the amount of $4,903-04 and add security system to basement door in the amount of $3,879.70, totaling $8,783.

E) Approve the appointment of John Looper to serve on the Medical Examiner Committee, and any appropriate action. Commissioners Court
