B) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101310 for Gasoline including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency for Constable, Precinct #4 in the amount of $7,000.
C) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request #101320 for Professional Services including the transfer of $7,000 from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Regular Contingency and $2,390 from Child Protective Service's budget for a total amendment of $9,390.

B) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreements between Sanger Independent School District and Denton County, between Little Elm Independent School District and Denton County, between the Town of Northlake and Denton County, between the City of Lake Dallas and Denton County, and between the City of Argyle for property tax collection for the 2003 property taxes.
