In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Please address all comments to the Presiding Officer.

A) Approval to declare miscellaneous vehicles, furniture and equipment surplus, to place items in the City of Denton Auction, Sale #05-03-1560, scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2003, and any appropriate action.

7. BUDGET

* A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101240 for Outside Auditor for Non-Departmental in the amount of $1,500, and any appropriate action.

B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101200 for Court Appointed Attorney Fees including the transfer of funds from Non-Departmental Unappropriated Contingency-Court Ordered Contingency for County Criminal Court #4 in the amount of $200,000, and any appropriate action.

8. HUMAN RESOURCES

* A) Approval of Order Making Appointments. (Appointments have been posted and advertised. Interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. These appointments are within the budgetary constraints.)

9. HEALTH

A) Approval of TDH grant proposal for $750,115 in Public Health Preparedness Funding for Denton County Health Department, and any appropriate action.

10. PUBLIC WORKS

A) FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY: Approval of Road Superintendent's Report for April 2003, and any appropriate action.

* A) Approve the transcribed minutes and the County Clerk minutes for Denton County Commissioners Court Meeting May 20, 2003 - Formal Session, and any appropriate action.

* B) Approve the transcribed minutes and the County Clerk minutes for Denton County Commissioners Court Meeting May 27, 2003 - Formal Session, and any appropriate action.
