Be it remembered, Commissioners Court of Denton County, Texas was called to order on the 27th day of May, 2003, at 9:00 AM in the Denton County Pre-Trial Facility, 1406 Troy H. LaGrone Drive, Denton, Texas by Commissioner Cynthia White, Precinct # 1, with Commissioners Sandy Jacobs, Jim Carter, and Bobbie J. Mitchell, along with County Clerk Cynthia Mitchell's representative, deputy clerk Kathleen Bransford.
Court opened with an Invocation by Kelly Zwinggi, Director of Public Works, followed by the Pledges of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flags led by Jim Heath, court liaison to the Denton County Historical Commission.
Mr. Zwinggi: Oh dearly beloved word of God, teach me to be different, to serve Thee as Thou does deserve, to give without counting the costs, to fight without fretting at my wounds, to labor without seeking rest, to spend myself without looking for any reward other than that of knowing that I do Thy Holy Will. Amen.

7.A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101150 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Interns/Benefits and various other line items for $14,316 for Criminal District Attorney and $587 for Computer Software for County-wide Technology for a total of $14,903, and any appropriate action.
