Ms. Newland: Father, in these uncertain times, we ask for Your comfort and guidance. Let us strive to live only for You and to represent you in all we do and say as we follow Your example, for we know that life is a test and a temporary assignment. Father, we pray for President Bush and all those who advise him. Please protect our men and women serving in the military. And let them feel Your presence and Your comfort.
