In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Please address all comments to the Presiding Officer.

* A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100960 to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Computer Software for County-wide Technology in the amount of $3,179, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 4-22-03)

* B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100970 for Office Rental-JP#4 for County Leased Buildings in the amount of $2,700, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 4-22-03)

* A) Approval of Order Making Appointments. (Appointments have been posted and advertised. Interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. B) Approve the creation of a Part-Time Nutritionist, a Full-Time Office Support Specialists II and a Full-Time Assistant WIC Clinical Professional in the WIC Program, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 4-22-03)

E) Approve Tuesday May 13, 2003 at 9:05 am as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to The Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance for a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Residential Medium Density (R-2), Abstract #1215, Tract 14, Precinct #1, as requested by Mr. Dan Gist and recommended by The Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission and the Planning Department, and any appropriate action.

F) Approve Tuesday June 3, 2003 at 9:05 am as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve the Replat of Lots 11 & 15 of the Fairview Acres Addition, Precinct #1, and any appropriate action.

A) Any appropriate action on Executive Session matters - Legal Department.

* B) Approval of revised Resolution regarding funds from the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office Application for the Criminal District Attorney's Family Violence Intervention Grant for Denton County, and any appropriate action.

* C) Approval of revised Resolution regarding funds from the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office Application for the Criminal District Attorney's Child Victim Intervention Specialist Grant for Denton County, and any appropriate action.

D) Approval of Supplement Agreement No. 3, to the Contract for Engineering Services between Denton County, Texas, and Halff Associates, Inc., for additional funding in the amount of $163,703.00, for a total contract amount of $3,3692,579.00, for the SH 121/135E Interchange Project, and any appropriate action.
