12. SHERIFF

* A) Approval a request by Sheriff Lucas to submit a grant application to the State Comptroller's Office for an amount ranging from $3000 to $25,000 with no local cash match required to fund The Tobacco Compliance Grant, and any appropriate action. (Briefing 4-15-03)
